Before

Ken’s black hair comeback

Few hours before the concert and Ken goes live on Tiktok with his black hair 🫨

What’s crazy with this is how my bestie, who went with me for SAW HK, wished for this. She was very vocal that Ken will surprise us with black hair. I told her it’s impossible. As much as it’s probably my fave hair style for Ken too, I was just being bratty because I don’t like it when fans demand these things to the boys.

And surprise surprise, 2 months later, here’s ken with black hair 🖤 (because it’s too damaged to continue coloring blond). Nagdilang anghel ka but 2 months after, sorry bestie!

Fits

Another thing happened right before the concert. Ken posted on his instagram a story with 2 Cartier watches (his and mama mac’s) that happens to look like the ones my husband and I are currently wearing for the concert 👀

My husband literally just bought his second piece yesterday.

And speaking of shopping, my husband also encouraged me the day before to check out Balenciaga, Ken’s favorite brand. And that’s the story of how I bought my first luxury shirt 💸💸💸

Yes it was obviously inspired by Ken’s style. What I didn’t expect was that Ken’s wearing something similar the next day 😭

Soundcheck

My something new for this specific concert is the soundcheck. I am glad there was a VIP upgrade for Bangkok because as much as I’ve always wanted to experience soundcheck, I’m still not ready to watch their concert standing (all Bangkok seats are seated). I believe I am too old and too cranky for it.

During

concert

I really really appreciate the intimacy during this con. The fans took it to themselves to hype up the others. Esbi x fan interactions were 👌🏼. I was even literally checking out my own elesbi in the live background 🤭.

The highlight for me for this concert was being seated at the very center 🎯. I have learned that this is now my preference. The experience feels fuller. I can see the full visuals clearly. I specifically liked it for Gento’s performance with that hypnotic background.

My only anxiety now is that if anyone in front of me stands up, I have to stand up too and I am hoping my short height will not be a problem 🤏🏼.

Seatmate number one

…is of course, my husband. Because he’s with me again for this concert, I didn’t take lots of fancams. I was able to not pressure myself and actually watch most performances.

Seatmate number two

I was seated next to a european looking fan. She was alone and we didn’t talk much, I’m shy and she was quiet too while waiting for the show to start.

It seems she didn’t understand Tagalog, but she was always the first one to clap and scream. I was starting to feel under the weather (sore throat) and I am happy I got hyped up by her energy. I jumped and screamed the most during this concert because of her. Regrets for screaming came later. 🤘🏼

She kept on encouraging us to stand but I had refused her a few times (I am too shy and I worry about the people behind me).

The other group of people next to her finally had the courage to talk to her after the boys exited. All I had was a chance to say good bye, I didn’t even get her name. Thanks for the good time, whoever you are 🖤
